Energy of electron-hole relative motion in exciton in external electric field in thick GaAs plate

چکیده
The dependence of the energy relative electron-hole motion in an exciton on magnitude applied electric field for various thicknesses ideal flat semiconductor plate is theoretically calculated. It shown that variation thickness significantly affects field. effect should be observed plates whose exceeds Bohr radius by two orders magnitude. Keywords: exciton, electrick field, thick plate.
